General Sales & Services Agency
As the leading airline GSSA company in Malaysia, we are well experience in establishing and managing the sales and daily operations for both on-line and off-line carriers to serve the marketplace consisting of outbound travel agents, consolidated tour producers and wholesalers, ticketing agents, cargo agents, carriers, associations and corporate accounts.
Our role is to enhance the presence of the airlines we represent by providing quality customer service and support to the travel trade and to passengers. As GSA, we provide the following to our principals:
- Physical facilities and dedicated human resoures
- Personal sales calls
- Reservations (offline and online) and ticketing solutions
- Sales and Promotional actions
- Regional Sales support and GSA representation in various South East Asia countries
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant governmental authorities
- Intimate market knowledge, intelligence and planning
- Marketing/sales recommendations
- Report Management on the travel industry trends and developments
Marketing Representation Services
We also specialises in Marketing Representation Services for non-airlines organisation comprising tourism presentations to trade and/ or exhibiting at trade & consumer shows including sales, marketing and operations.
Our role is to enhance the positioning and exposure of our clients in the market by providing adequate knowledge and support to our trade partners. Our scope of services includes:

Distribution Network
Currently, PWT has established its own sales and marketing network throughout Malaysia and Southeast Asia and its major source of business is from five (5) areas, namely:
- Travel Agents specialising in ticketing services
- Outbound tour operators
- Online and offline Airlines with own offices or GSAs in Malaysia
- Outbound meeting, incentive, conference & exhibition (MICE) handling agents
- Commercial houses with business travel and incentive schemes for employees and/or for their channels of distribution
PWT has dedicated and widely-experienced sales and marketing personnel to service these five sources of business.
Virtual Marketing & Product Events
Virtual Marketing support is provided to the both sales & marketing personnel to be in par with current industry standards in terms of Virtual Trade Shows, Webinars and Virtual Sales Calls.
PWT also organises tourism & travel trade events as well as consumer events as part of sales and marketing tactics and strategies to further enhance the reach or products and services being promoted.
Destination Management Services
Destination Management Services (DMCs) are provided by our sister company, World Express (M) Sdn Bhd which operates ground-handling services within Malaysia.
This division has the experience and expertise to handle all group sizes, special interest and convention groups, FITs and incentive travel including the experience and resources to service the passenger cruise industry, which requires a special undertaking and expertise in organizing the numerous logistics and to provide unique shore excursions. We are also equipped to handle all shore excursions at all seaports in Malaysia.
We are active in participating in major Travel and Tourism Trade Shows and Fairs locally and globally.
