Sales Executive (United Airlines)

Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve KPIs that are agreed on sales and marketing targets.
  • Develop and secure new potential clients and business, including meetings with travel agents/clients virtually and face-to-face.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans of the products.
  • Access and obtain market intelligence in order to recommend competitive strategies to convert sales.
  • Handle complaints both from the trade and consumer.
  • Implement the team’s activities adhering to schedules that will meet the agreed KPI’s. The objective is to maximize productivity, ensuring functionalities such as sales visitations, sales analytics, marketing activities are carried out timely and effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient and orderly administration of the department and provide assistance whenever necessary to other staff and office within the department, organization and group.
  • Work closely with Principal office(s) on matters relating to fares, sales and marketing activities and provide market reports.
  • Implement the team’s activities adhering to schedules that will meet the agreed KPI’s. The objective is to maximize productivity, ensuring functionalities such as sales visitations, sales analytics, marketing activities are carried out timely and effectively.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with Key Travel Agents (TOT agents), Corporate Partners, Airlines, National Tourism Offices and relevant government authorities.
  • Attend scheduled meeting or any ad-hoc meeting as and when required by the Principal(s).
  • Assist and prepare reports required by Sales Manager and Principal.
  • Provide feedback on effectiveness/success of all sales initiatives implemented.
  • Attend/manage participation in trade shows, promotions, conduct briefings, seminars and training.
  • Expand current market base and to increase sales volume and ensure sales target are met.
  • To assist in the UA JV project, working hand-in-hand with the Principal, the JV partner ANA and UA working team.
  • Ensure the JV activities plan are carried out in accordance to the timelines, access to data and reports to ensure the activities is adhere to JV governance, strategy and procedures and comply to JV legal framework and Anti-trust rule & regulations. Prepare required reports and Minutes of Meetings and provide progress updates of the JV activities.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing or Business Management or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the travel industry, preferably in handling airline sales.
  • Result oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in airlines reservation & ticketing system is an added advantage.

Senior Accounts Executive

Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to handle and oversee full set of accounts.
  • ​Prepare and submit accurate reporting of accounts and financial / management reports timely.
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of finance department.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing.
  • Liaison with external statutory, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers for all related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge in using SUN Accounting System is an added advantage.
  • Handling of full set of accounts in airlines and travel industry will also be an added advantage.

Accounts Officer

Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day operations related to finance department on AP & AR & GL.
  • Assist on reporting for Company Subsidiaries & other related company.
  • Assist on audit schedules and supporting documents preparations.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge in using SUN Accounting System is an added advantage.
  • Handling of full set of accounts in airlines and travel industry will also be an added advantage.
