Sales Manager (Airlines)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Airline Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and pricing strategies.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Marketing Executive, Cruises

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:
    • Promote and enhance the reputation of the cruise products to both consumer and trade markets.
    • Handle cruise enquiries and manage the end-to-end booking process to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
    • Leverage social media platforms to boost brands visibility and engagement, including crafting newsletters and distributing press releases.
    • Participation in trade shows, events, and promotional activities, supporting event planning and brand promotion efforts.
    • Assist in preparing monthly sales and performance reports for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management, Tourism Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (Junior Executive)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Possess excellent customer relations of “Key Account Management” skills.
  • Strong industry expertise within the travel & tourism sector.
  • Result oriented with strong communication, interaction and presentation skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Diploma/Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management, Tourism Management or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the travel & tourism industry, preferably outbound sales.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Sales Executive (Air Macau)
