PWT has two major divisions, one that acts as a General Sales & Services Agency (GSSA) for airlines and the other operating Marketing Representation Services for Tourists Board, hotels, car rental and cruise line companies. Our management team is highly trained and is well supported by experience sales and marketing personnel who maintain excellent rapport with interliners, travel agencies, tour operators and commercial houses.
PWT has elected to be guided in its business pursuits by the principle of Total Quality Management. We were the first GSSA and travel representation company in Malaysia to be certified to the internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard and we have continued to maintain and uphold our level of service to this high standard for almost two decades. Effective May 2018, our certificate has been upgraded to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard.
