Job Summary
Are you passionate about the travel and cruise industry? We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Executive to join our Cruise Division team. This role offers an opportunity to blend your marketing expertise with enthusiasm for travel—contributing to the growth of our cruise business and delivering unforgettable experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:
- Promote and enhance the reputation of the cruise products to both consumer and trade markets.
- Handle cruise enquiries and manage the end-to-end booking process to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Leverage social media platforms to boost brands visibility and engagement, including crafting newsletters and distributing press releases.
- Participation in trade shows, events, and promotional activities, supporting event planning and brand promotion efforts.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management, Tourism Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience (Junior Executive)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- A genuine passion for cruises and travel is a strong advantage.
- Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
