As part of “Les Trophées de la Mixité” awards organized by the WAVE association (Women & Vehicles Europe), in collaboration with Ethics & Board and the “Platform Automobile” (which regroups players of the automotive industry, chaired by Luc Chatel), Europcar Mobility Group was awarded in the "Global Feminization" category. These trophies are intended to reward companies committed to gender diversity in the automotive and mobility industry, a historically very masculine sector.

The "Global Feminization" trophy was awarded to Europcar Mobility Group on the basis of 5 gender diversity criteria assessed by Ethics & Boards and applied at all levels of the company: general management, executive or management committee, Top 100, executives, overall workforce. This award recognizes the various initiatives implemented by the Group in favor of gender equality, among which its commitment to gender diversity in its Code of Ethics, the attention paid to gender diversity in talent pools and the launch last year of the "WoMob" (Women in Mobility) women's network, which aims to contributing to a more diverse and inclusive workplace, in particular by working on unconscious biases.

“Diversity is a precious asset for companies in transformation like ours and I am very proud that Europcar Mobility Group is among the winners of these first “Trophées de la Mixité 2020”. It is of course an encouragement. Today, the tools exist in companies to promote gender equality: beyond the tools, there is the will of the company and this is what must be embodied, at all levels. We have to make sure that talented women are promoted not because they are women, but because they are experts or excellent managers.”- Caroline Parot, Chairwoman of Europcar Mobility Group Board.
