Fare Conditions

Sales/Ticketing: 14 – 18 March 2018

1. Seats are subject to availability.
2. Fares quoted are inclusive of government taxes and fees exclusive of ticketing service charge.
3. Taxes and charges are subject to change with or without prior notice by the authority.
4. Minimum/Maximum Stay: Economy – 2 days/14 days; Business – 3 days/1 month
5. For Economy, ticket is non-refundable for partially used and totally unused. For Business, partially used ticket is non-refundable while totally unused ticket will be assessed MYR400.
6. No show fees is MYR300.
7. For Economy, ticket is nonrebookable. For Business, ticket is rebookable without a fee but will be charged for upgrade to next higher fare.
8. No discount for accompanied child. Infant without a seat is 20% of adult fare.
9. For Economy, ticket is not eligible to avail of Upgrade Travel Certificate/Service Class Upgrade.
10. A weekend surcharge is applicable for outbound Kuala Lumpur-Manila-Kuala Lumpur route (Thursday/Friday/Saturday Departures). For Economy, MYR 40; For Business, MYR 120.
11. Free baggage allowance will vary per route.
